Hand to Hand in Heart Foundation is a nonprofit organization that travels all over the world to aid people in need.  For over nine years, we have worked closely with Our Lady of Peace Korean Catholic Church and Sisters of Our Lady of Perpetual Help to serve the underprivileged communities in Peru.
